1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of artwork products by Jodie Silverman Art ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer").

1.2 By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

1.3 These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

2.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

2.3 Orders are confirmed only when the Buyer receives email confirmation from the Seller.

2.4 Orders are only processed Monday to Friday, with a 1-2 day processing time.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices are as stated on my website Etsy and Art Finder and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Payment needs to made via my website www.jodiesilvermanart.com, Etsy or Art Finder upon checkout via card payment.

3.3 No artwork will be shipped until you have checked out and payment has been accepted.

 

4. Delivery and Risk

4.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Currently an order can be shipped in 3-5 days, after the processing time of 1-2 days. If you need an order urgently, please contact me before purchasing the item, jodiesilvermanart@gmail.com.

4.2 All artwork will be packaged very well, in strong double walled cardboard boxes for canvas art. Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

4.3 The Seller will arrange a courier to deliver your artwork at a cost to the buyer.

 

5. Inspection and Returns

5.1 The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt and notify the Seller of any defects or discrepancies within 1 working day of receipt, you can email jodiesilvermanart@gmail.com.

5.2 If returning, the item must be in its original condition and original packaging.

 

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 The Seller warrants that the Goods conform to their description and are free from material defects.

6.2 The Seller’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective Goods, at their discretion.

6.3 The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Goods.

 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
